Postage & Handling

Postage and handling charges apply to all orders.

Australia Post is Alkalineshop.com.au's preferred carrier.

We deliver to all areas throughout Australia. We are unable to accept orders outside Australia unless arrangement is made prior to order being placed.

We are not able to deliver on weekends or Australian public holidays.

Our postage charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items ordered and your state and postcode using the tools and interface from Auspost eDelivery system.

In the unlikely event that an order is not received, please contact us as soon as possible so that we may trace your delivery through our track and trace system.

We cannot accept responsibility if you the wrong delivery address has been provided and orders will incur an additional fee to re deliver.

Orders are generally processed and dispatched by Alkaline Shop within 1-3 business days of receipt of your order and confirmation of funds clearance. Goods should be received by you within 2-15 business days after dispatch from us (depending on the shipping method used to dispatch your order). If we experience a delay in processing or mailing your order, we will contact you immediately. Alkaline Shop will not be responsible for service transit times. Transit time information is provided by the carriers and excludes weekends and holidays. Please note that transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods.
